A full detail combines interior cleaning with exterior care in one appointment. It is a useful starting point when your vehicle needs attention inside and out, before selling it, or after a season of heavy use. Request a quote and a local provider will confirm the exact package for your vehicle.
Full detail or interior only?
| Your main concern | Service to discuss |
|---|---|
| Seats, carpets, crumbs, or cabin buildup | Interior detailing |
| Cabin cleaning plus dirty paint, wheels, and glass | Full interior and exterior detail |
| Exterior washing and protection, with a tidy cabin | Exterior detailing |
| Repeated cleaning for business or rental vehicles | Fleet care or Turo turnover cleaning |
What should a full-detail quote include?
Ask for an itemized scope. Interior work commonly covers vacuuming, mats, accessible surfaces, cupholders, and glass. Exterior work commonly covers washing, wheels, tires, and glass. Protection products and deeper interior treatments vary between packages.
The word “full” does not necessarily include carpet extraction, heavy pet-hair removal, odor treatment, paint correction, or a ceramic coating. Confirm those items individually if they matter to you. A routine wash-and-clean package and a deep restoration can have very different prices.
What changes the price?
Vehicle size is one factor: a three-row SUV has more cabin area than a sedan. Condition also matters. Embedded hair, dried spills, mud, or neglected surfaces may need additional time and separately quoted work.
Our Clarksville pricing guide compares published local packages and explains differences in scope. Those examples are research, not a guaranteed price for your request.
What to send with your request
Include the year, make, model, city or ZIP, and your main priorities. Mention pet hair, stains, odors, or unusually dirty areas before a price is agreed. The provider can ask for photographs if needed; the initial form does not require an upload.
For an apartment or workplace, confirm that on-site detailing is permitted and describe parking access. Discuss water, power, weather cover, and any vehicle-use deadline with the provider.
Time, drying, and results
Ask how long the quoted work will take and whether seats or carpets need additional drying before use. Cleaning can improve the condition of dirty surfaces, but worn fabric, permanent staining, damaged trim, and paint defects may remain.
You agree on the final scope, price, and appointment directly with the provider. A quote request does not reserve a time.
