Do not assume a quick turnover price includes extraction, heavy pet-hair removal, or odor treatment. Include the condition in your request so the provider can plan enough time.
Before-trip cleaning and guest charges
Turo requires hosts to clean vehicles before trips. Its policy distinguishes ordinary return dirt from eligible cleaning violations. Routine turnover cleaning should therefore be planned as a hosting need; a dirty vehicle does not automatically qualify for a guest charge. Follow the current Turo host cleaning policy and document a return before cleaning if a report may be needed.
Scheduling a turnover
Provide the return time, next pickup deadline, location, and how the provider will access the vehicle. Allow for assessment and any drying time. A same-day request is subject to availability and cannot be assumed to fit between bookings.
For apartments or shared pickup locations, confirm permission for mobile detailing. Ask about weather cover, equipment requirements, and what happens if the vehicle returns late.
Multiple vehicles and recurring care
Include the number and types of vehicles, whether they share a parking location, and the typical cleaning frequency. Some hosts need occasional deeper details alongside their own routine cleaning; others want regular turnover support. Request the arrangement that reflects how you operate.
